Return Policy

At Recherché Skin, we are committed to your satisfaction and believe in the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• If you have used the product and find it doesn't work for you, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please provide a brief explanation of why the product was not satisfactory.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@rechercheskin.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

• At this time, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@rechercheskin.com.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or used beyond what is considered reasonable for a trial period.
